Talk Shit is provided for entertainment purposes only. The responses generated by the Service are AI-generated and do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, psychological, or relationship advice. Use the output at your own discretion and risk.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that constitutes genuine threats or harassment
• Target individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Produce content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Resell or redistribute output without prior written consent

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscription and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Talk Shit name, logo, and application design are our intellectual property. AI-generated responses are provided to you for personal use. We make no claim to content you input into the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular output will be accurate or appropriate for your situation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talk Shit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any consequences from acting on AI-generated output.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
