  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Enforce rate limits and subscription tiers
  • Detect and prevent abuse or policy violations
  • Improve response quality and product features

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Message Content

Messages you send may be stored temporarily to maintain session context and improve the model. We do not use your conversations to train AI models without your explicit consent. Do not submit sensitive personal information — financial details, passwords, government IDs — through the chat interface.

We use browser storage to maintain your session and preferences (e.g., selected chat mode). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy
  • AI providers — message content is transmitted to generate responses. Subject to their respective usage policies

Account data is retained until you request deletion. Session message history may be stored for up to 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
